DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at premiumcoatings.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping options & Delivery Cost

We offer the following shipping options which will need to be selected at the time of checking out.

Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and dispatched at checkout.

Free shipping applies to the below listed 20L Sealers:

SurafceShield Wet Look
PaveShield Pro Water based
Anti-Graffiti Shield
PreSeal
Rockahard
Conserve & Seal
Consolidate & Seal

All other products will be charged a flat delivery fee of $15 + GST per drum, per product to all capital cities Australia Wide.

This service is available from our Sydney office, Monday to Friday (9am to 4pm)

2. Delivery Address & PO Boxes

Please note products will not be delivered to a PO Box, a physical street address must be supplied at the time of checkout.

3. Order processing time

We process all orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Once an order is processed, we’ll do our best to dispatch orders on the same business day or the next business day.

We ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example, if we have a high volume of orders. You acknowledge that we’re not liable for any delay in dispatch of your order.

Delivery times will vary between orders – we’ll do our best to let you know when to expect your delivery, however this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider.
